Best guess for th e4* property would be the Doubletree Financial District... for the 4.5* my guess would be the Andaz Wall Street.

The second hotel is 4*, not 4.5*.  Is it Gild Hall? That is the only 4* boutique hotel on Hotwire.

I'm seeing a 4* in the FD-WS area w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business for $155 (you may see a slightly different price) for these dates. This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess Gild Hall with a slightly different amenity set is a definite possibility.
