4.5* Not yet ID'd/reported to the board but I'd guess the Westin Prince upgraded to 4.5* would be a possibility.

 

4* Downtown East - My guess would be the Cambridge Suites.

I do believe that the Westin Prince has been upgraded to the 4.5* level and would agree with AaronJB's guess for that one.

After some thought, I prefer to be around the airport if not in the city center. The downtown hotel seems to be the One King West, my brother told me that it has the same list of amenities as the one when he booked. I was in the hotel after Christmas, while it is brand new from renovation, I could not withstand the smell from new furnishing.

I bidded USD 49 in Toronto Airport East on PRICELINE.com and got The Westin Bristol Place, which is one I like.
