I don't believe we have seen any 4* hotels in this zone with the 'Resort' designation before so i'm not sure about this one... a new amenity set for the Sheraton would be a guess, but i'm not certain and it could be a new hotel recently added to the HOTWIRE system.

If you change your search to 3adults i see a different 4* hotel offered in this zone for about the same price ($119 on my search but your search may differ by a few dollars) with:

Pet Friendly

Smoke Free

Fitness

Restaurant

Business

Hi-Speed Internet

Blind Accessible

Deaf Accessible

Travel Accessible

Room Accessible

Bathroom Accessible

Handicapped Parking

Roll-in Shower

... my guess for this one would be the Renaissance (or a slight chance of the Crowne Plaza if it has been upgraded since last reported to the board) if this one would be of any interest.

You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE, you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for. As well, HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.

I am seeing what may be the Westin for $145/nite... would this be within your budget for this property?
