jamiadelman Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 Can you help me make a bid? I'm from Nebraska, and I don't have a lot of experience traveling. I've never been to Vegas. Here's what I want:1. A hotel on the strip2. The hotel needs to have a casino.3. I need a total of 3 rooms for 4/30/15 to 5/04/15.4. I only want to spend around $60 dollars total.
AaronJB Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)How many adults per room? I think you could get a hotel with casino on strip for your budget, but I think you could get a nicer property for around $60-70 + taxes/fees additional. Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 Welcome to BetterBidding! You're likely going to need to 'give' with some of your criteria as $60 all-in (especially if looking to also include any resort fees) is not likely realistic, as most Las Vegas strip properties now charge resort fees (usually in the range of $18-$25 per day per room). As an example, use our BiddingHelper.com and search for 3 rooms for your dates. Then in either the Hot.wire tab or the EASY VIEW tab filter to only show Center Strip, North Strip, and South Strip... then sort by price. The least expensive offer is a 3* hotel in the Strip South zone for $46/nite (your price may differ by a few dollars)... after taxes/fees this comes to $54/nite. However, this property also has a resort fee of $18/nite which then brings your all-in cost to $72/nite. So, you will likely need to: -increase your budget -stay someplace off-strip without a resort fee (could be difficult since many off-strip properties also charge resort fees, and if you find one that does not, you'll likely be spending any money saved on taxis) Let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
