Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* DC (Capitol Hill - National Mall) The George Hotel

I booked the 4.5 star capital hill boutique thinking it was Hotel Monaco because that's what was predicted in the latest post on here but it was not. The George. Not what I wanted but still a good hotel just not the location we wanted nor Hotel Monaco.

Sorry to see you didn't receive the hotel you were hoping for, but did the amenities associated with the property that you bought match those of the previous thread you were reading?

Can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities HOTWIRE shows for this property when viewing your purchase history using the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right of their home page.

In the future feel free to ask the board for help and/or get a second opinion before your next opaque purchase.

It matched the same in the previous post so I went ahead and booked it thinking it was the Hotel Monaco but I lost.

If you search under the trip information in your Hot.wire account (click "My Account" in the upper corner of Hot.wire), do you see any additional amenities showing beyond the ones noted above (such as accessible amenities?) Not all amenities always show when looking at a listing, sometimes you need to click the listing, then click "book now", then click 'see all amenities' on the next page.
