Yes, now the dates are definitive 02/04 to 02/08

im looking for 4 or more stars in the strip, hopefully center strip, under 100 us a night.

Here are some options i'm currently seeing:

Luxor for $56/nite

Tropicana Hotel and Casino for $70/nite

Treasure Island for $80/nite

Planet Hollywood (likely) for $86/nite

Caesars Palace for $96/nite

Trump for $98/nite

SLS Las Vegas for $99/nite

Obviously the Luxor is the least expensive but the south strip location is less than ideal... i think the best value would be the Planet Hollywood (based upon location) or Treasure Island (i like North Strip better as a personal preference).
