I was trying to get Green Valley Ranch, but it was always a good $20 per night more on Hot.wire. Southpoint has a low Resort Fee of $14 per night. I chose this location because I have family I'm visiting in Henderson. Amenities listed: Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Casino, Restaurant, Fitness Center, Free Parking, Airport Shuttle, Business Center.
