But both Panoramic and the Aparthotel Tivoli there are not Business center in amenities and Hotel Algarb there are a Business center. Could be wrong the information "business center" in the hotwire?

It is a very low threshold to show the Business amenity... if the hotel offers a fax machine it could potentially quality for the Business Center amenity.
