Note that the first property has a very low 2.5/5.0 TA rating so i would be very cautious with this one, but my guess here would be the Hotel Milano.

I'm not certain of the 3.5* as these amenities are common at most hotels in the area, but my guess for this one would be the Hotel Rotterdam.
