I'm not seeing a 4* PRICELINE EXPRESS listing in TS-TD with only these amenities - are you still seeing the above listing when searching? I'm also not seeing a 4* in TS on Hot.wire with these amenities - are you searching for more than 2 people?

I see this property offered by these amenities are available at just about every 4* hotel in NYC so there isn't much information to have a high degree of confidence in any guess, but the Hyatt Times Square, Marriott Marquis, and Renaissance Times Square would all be among the likely candidates.
