Best guess/comments for each:

1) 4* MTC

--> The Jewel (upgraded to the 4* level since the last time it was reported to the board)

2) 4* UWS

--> The Lucerne

3) 3.5* MTC

--> no guess

4) 4* MTE

--> too many options to make a meaningful guess, but doesn't seem like a good option relative to the first two which are both highly TA rated and by previous HOTWIRE guests

Thanks for your help and reply.  I truly appreciate the advice on the 4* UWS and 4*MTC.  I will focus on these two and make a decision.  Will use the link to purchase and report back here when finalized.  I do find the Lucerne to be very charming.   :)
