jmc289 Posted December 5, 2014 Report Posted December 5, 2014 Hey everyone, I'm taking my girlfriend to Los Angeles for a long weekend in January (1/10-12). I would love to stay at a unique property like the Mondrian or the Huntley in Santa Monica. How early would you recommend bidding? Any suggestions or recommendations about other properties in the Los Angeles area? Thanks so much!
AaronJB Posted December 5, 2014 Report Posted December 5, 2014 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)There are no guarantees with Hot.wire or Price.line, but if you are looking for a particular style of property, I'd recommend against bidding on Price.line, as there is no way to target a particular hotel or style. Hot.wire, where you can look for a boutique property, would be a better bet. What would be your desired budget per night for this stay? Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
jmc289 Posted December 7, 2014 Author Report Posted December 7, 2014 I would like to spend no more than $150/night!
thereuare Posted December 7, 2014 Report Posted December 7, 2014 What about: The Line Hotel for $120/nite Hotel Angeleno for $147/nite ... or would you rather bid on PRICELINE in hope for a lower price any 4* (or 4.5*) in the zone(s) that you're willing to accept? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
