I was a little bummed to get something so far away from Soho and Tribeca but according to the map, it is within the proximity.  In any event, it seems like it's a decent place so we'll see.

While not in what would be your first choice within the zone, this hotel is well located near multiple subway lines which should easily get you just about anyplace you want to go within the city... and the hotel is very well reviewed.

I will also add that there is both a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods nearby on 14th St if you need to stock up on any drinks, snacks, etc. for your hotel room.

Thank you for the tips!  Very good to know about the vicinity and easy access to Trader Joe's (my fav), Whole Foods, and the Subway.  I'm sure it will be great.
