I will be traveling to New York in May 2015 and would like to know which is the best time to make a hotel reservation, ie, with as much anticipation is convenient to do it. I plan to stay in the area of Times Square on a 3.5-star hotel for 9 nights. What are the differences between hotwire and priceline? They are reliable? Once at the hotel, you have to pay additional taxes? Thank you very much.
