Hotwire Hotel: 3.5 Star Miami (South Beach-Ocean Drive North area) $136

I am trying to identify a 3.5 star South Beach (Ocean Drive North) hotel from 12/18/14-12/20/14 for 4 adults. 

Amenities are:
-Free internet
-boutique hotel
-near beach
-smoke-free rooms
-business center
-self-service laundry
-tennis nearby

The TripAdvisor rating is 4/5 and it says there is a 11.30 resort fee per room per night.  Help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Also, I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.
