I am trying to figure out the hotel for an unpublished hotel deal on Hotwire. Here are the details:

We have not yet seen a property with this amenity set reported to the board... the IFA Villas Bavaro Beach Resort and Spa looks like a good fit and would be my best guess for this one, but it's difficult to have too much confidence in any guess given how most all-inclusive properties offer the same/similar amenities.
