I'm not sure of this property, the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort would be a guess, but i will add that this property is currently 7.9 user review rated by PRICELINE, which is just shy of the 8.0+ that this PRICELINE EXPRESS shows. It's possible that a recent review has caused the hotel rating for this property to drop below the 8.0 level and the review shown by PRICELINE EXPRESS has not yet been upgraded, but it does cast a shadow of doubt over this guess.
