hi, I have few questions. 

 

when i go straight to hotwire and do search in punta cana. i see a 4* punta cana, bavaro all inclusive.  dec. 6-13 at CAD$95. shows 25% recommended.

when i go to biddinghelper. this result does not show up for some reason. interested to know why it doesn't show.can someone know which property this might be? couldn't get ful list of ammenities since not listed.

 

 

there is no mention about food and drinks included.  can i assume that if on priceline and hotwire it says all inclusive taht all meals and drinks are covered? also,  to be on safe side, they would cover for  all 2 adults and 2 childrean?

I'm not seeing this listing when searching for these dates on Hot.wire. Are you still seeing it when searching for 2a/2c?

additional question.  i read on one of the threads from about2 or 3 years ago but can't find it again now from Thereuare that on hotwire since you can add children on search field it's sure but with priceline since it's meant for max 2 people there maybe surcharges.  does anyone know if this is still the case now? same with priceline express?  my travel plans are 2 adults, 1 year old and 3 year old. so 4 of us. so in my case, i'm better off going with hotwire rather then priceline and priceline/express?

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread. Once you win a hotel use the 'ADD REPLY and REPORT WIN' button on the lower right corner of this page to provide the details of your purchase and the entire thread will automatically be moved (if necessary) to the correct section of the board.

To ensure accommodations for everyone in your group/family without any additional charges, HOTWIRE would be the better option... especially if considering an all-inclusive property where there would typically be an additional charge for children even thru a 'regular rate' booking.

HOWEVER, note that HOTWIRE defines 'children' as ages 2-17 so i think you would be 'safe' searching for 2adults/1child and then just calling the hotel ahead of time to let them know about your 1 year old. If any issue then get HOTWIRE involved to help resolve since you did search within the correct parameters as per their definition of children.

For the HOTWIRE property above we have not yet seen an exact match for this property, and it can often be difficult to have too much confidence in all-inclusive properties since most of them offer the same/similar amenities, but my guesses for this one would include Dreams Punta Cana, Grand Palladium Bavaro, and the Melia Caribe Tropical.

Wasn't expecting this hotel but oh well...savings compared to booking direct with hotel only $110  difference in total. some savings but was hoping for more.
