Hotwire Hotel: 4* DC (White House - Downtown) Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel

4* in downtown / white house. Was pretty confident from the list that it would be Donovan House. Was in fact the Hamilton Crowne Plaza. Pretty disappointed, as it's listed as a 3.5 star and definitely not as cool a hotel at all.

Sorry to see you received a hotel that you weren't expecting, but the Donovan House has never been seen with this amenity set, so i'm not sure why that was the hotel you were expecting. Feel free to ask the board for help before your future/next opaque purchases and we will try to assist in helping you receive a more favorable outcome.
