Bid $70 for Downtown rejectedBid $75 added Avondale rejectedBid $80 added Metairie rejectedBid $85 added Airport rejectedBid $90 added NO East ACCEPTED! Great city to bid on a 4 Star given so many zones with only lower stars and love the location of the Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette Hotel as anythng between Poydras and Canal is ideal in my mind and much better overall than staying on Canal or in French Quarter.

I have stayed at this property and indeed the location is excellent... close enough to the Quarter that you don't think twice about any quick trip there and far enough away that you don't hear the drunken screaming that takes place in the middle of the nite.
