mineo Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 Unfortunately I was trying to bid for San Mateo Marriott in the San Mateo area and they gave me Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront. I called Priceline to contest that it was misleading because the Hilton is listed in the SFO-Burlingame-Milbrae-San Bruno area when you book it. However, they maintained that this hotel is in the San Mateo area because it is in the very edge of the map. Quite disappointing.

As you are now aware, the zones on the 'retail' side of PRICELINE, and those on the 'bidding' side of PRICELINE, use different zone names and boundaries.
