I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Here's how it looks when I follow your directions:

It comes up as $60 when I did it just now.

 

(It's NOT the $59 property that is pet friendly, self service laundry, etc. but I am curious if you know what that property is.)

This property was Rosen Centre. I believe I bought through better bidding. I traveled with my college friend and its possible she bought the reservation. Cannot recall but do appreciate the help - as always.
