Says it's 100% recommended. I searched for both 2 adults, and 2 adults + 1 child... same result as above

I'm seeing:

I'm also seeing a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page.

 

 

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess a slightly different amenity set for the Hyatt House than what has been previously reported would be a possibility in this case.

It says 100% recommended, when searching from the BB link. 

 

I hate that they've now lumped Shelton in with Bridgeport, because we definitely do NOT want the Bridgeport Holiday Inn. But I don't think the Holiday Inn has all those amenities.

I'd guess a new/different amenity set for the Hyatt House would be a possibility and the 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating certainly means this property gets solid reviews.
