I've been trying for a few weeks now, but could not get anything even up to $66 in different bidding zone to max 2,5star. Saw that for $89 included tax could get the same hotel through express deal. So decided to give $70 (after I can re-bid again) a shot and see who will accept. Got the Sheraton. I'm happy.
