I'm looking for a 3* hotel very close to the Yonge subway line downtown and preferably under $CAD 110/night all in.  I specifically wanted to avoid the Eaton Chelsea and Best Western Primrose.  Bond Place Hotel would be ideal.

Please post in US dollars (and ideally in room rate per nite before taxes/fees) so that rates are consistent throughout the board and not subject to future fluctuation as conversion rates change.

How about what appears to be the Eaton Chelsea for $85/nite ($215US/nite all-in)... it's higher rated than the minimum 3 star hotel that you're seeking so perhaps it's the higher star rating is worth extending your budget by $7-8/nite or so?

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board... the Ramada Plaza Toronto Downtown or the Best Western Primrose would be among my top guesses for this one, but there could be other possibilities as well.
