I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Not my best win considering I could have booked with Choice Rewards for $37/nt and "free breakfast" only consists of coffee and pastries but its booked now and done.
