SpencerC11 Posted December 10, 2005 Report Posted December 10, 2005 Hi, We're heading to Vegas 4/8 - 4/12 and need to know the best strategy for finding a good deal (~$100) for a good location on the strip. We've never been so any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
thereuare Posted December 10, 2005 Report Posted December 10, 2005 Welcome to BetterBidding! Are you willing to SPLIT YOUR PRICELINE BID? Doing so should help since Saturday will likley be much more expensive than the remainder of your stay... and some hotels don't allow Saturday check-ins.Let us know and we'll advise accordingly. SpencerC11 Posted December 10, 2005 Author Report Posted December 10, 2005 Hadn't thought about it, but wouldn't have a problem with it.
thereuare Posted December 10, 2005 Report Posted December 10, 2005 I think it's too early to book a non-refundable reservation (unless something remarkable presents itself, which i don't see). For 4/9-4/12 you can book:Aladdin Casino for $117/niteTreasure Island for $109/niteBoth of the above are cancellable up until 3 days before your check-in date. For Saturday 4/8 i think you're going to have to compromise either on location, star rating, or price. Not a bad choice (or a back-up) is the Imperial Palace which can be had for $122/nite thru QUIKBOOK... but it comes with a $10 cancellation fee.Let us know your thoughts/likes/dislikes regarding the above.
