Bids for 2.5 star went as high as $62, but were rejected, with Priceline counter-offering $75. Bid of $65 for 3.5 stars was rejected with no counteroffer from Priceline. This morning I bid $75 for 3.5 stars and it was accepted. Probably should have tried a lower price but was getting impatient. It appeared that hotels in this area were filling up quickly for this weekend. The best rate that I could find for this hotel was $111.
