I'm not sure if you're flexible in regards to acceptable zones, but i do think you can do a little better if you are willing to accept other midtown zones that are generally considered to be well located as well (MSG, ESB, and/or Chelsea**) **NOTE: that some Chelsea hotels can be up to a 10 minute walk to the subway, but this is a 'hot' area right now with lots of cafes, boutiques, bars, restaurants, etc. which still makes it a very popular area. If you're willing to accept other zones DO NOT bid as follows (post back and we will revise accordingly), but if you only want to stick with MTW and TS you can bid as follows: When bidding 4* in NYC you have TWO re-bid zones.
