Having trouble understanding how this works... (has nothing to do with sleep deprivation lol)

 

I'm looking for a room in Downtown Seattle, WA for 9/27-9/28 for 4 adults, $250 max. More concerned with reviews than stars, but it seems like I need to shoot for 3* or more to make this a decent birthday weekend for my friend.

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.
