Looking to ID 3.5* hotel in Old City - Penn's Landing area of Philadelphia. Staying 10/20/14-10/21/14. Hotwire offer is $117/night.

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Thank you for your help in ID-ing this hotel (and for the BiddingHelper.com link too). Given the ho-hum reviews of the hotel, I think I'll head back to Priceline and try my luck for a 4* a few more rounds. I did use your PRICELINE link in bidding last night, but so far no dice. Will report a winning bid should I receive one.
