looking at $340/night; chelsea; free internet, fitness center, pet friendly, restaurants, boutique, business center, smoke free, self service laundry

 

a bit above my price point but hoping to get Eventi 

any thoughts on what this actually could really be appreciated.  bottom line = know it's a pricey part of town but don't want a hilton/doubletree/sheraton etc...

other boutique places would also help me justify the cost!

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Nobody can say if the price will come down, or move higher, between now and your stay. However, another risk is that the hotel disappears entirely from the hotel offers (and is replaced by something you may not like as much)

For the Soho property, i'm not certain, but the Duane Street Hotel would be my guess for this one.

I ended up renting an apartment for this trip after all so unfortunately no follow up info to post.  Thank you for your help though!
