pokeywokey Posted December 7, 2005 Report Posted December 7, 2005 I used luv2tri's strategy from the post on 12/2. I guess I'm going during a busy week seeing that most people are able to get a 3* in this area in the $40 range. It appeared Hotwire had the same hotel for $75 a night so I knew how high to bid before switching over to Hotwire. Rooms at this hotel are going for $149 on sites like Orbitz. No reviews of this hotel on this site but about 90% of the reviews on Trip Advisor were positive so that makes me feel a little better about the price. I lost count of how many bids I went through. But as I stated before I used luv2tri's exact strategy but had to start higher each time I tried a brand new bid.wdw $64rebid wdw & universal/seaworld $66rebid wdw & universal/seaworld & kissimmee $68rebid wdw & universal/seaworld & kissimmee & orlando east $70-acceptedYour Offer Price: $70.00 Number of Rooms: 2 Number of Nights: 2 Subtotal: $280.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $45.60 Total Charges: $325.60
