Venetian during the listed dates are $149 a night

 

my questions are:

 

1. from experience, what's the best time to book these?

2. how low may the bids go for priceline?

Rates are good if you stick to your posted dates.

My guess is that you're looking at approx $90-$100 for a 5* casino hotel in the North zone.
