They advertise 150 a night but after taxes and room fees it comes up to $213 a night. Expedia offer this same hotel at $230 a night total with free cancellation, which given the terrible weather in the Caribbean during hurricane season, is worth that 10% difference.I Wish I would have shopped around first. Just saw the Bahia Principe bouganville at $160 a night. Still, good hotel at 10% off... Link to comment
thereuare Posted September 7, 2014 Report Share Posted September 7, 2014 Sorry you're not thrilled with the deal you received for this one, but note Expedia's rate likely does not include the resort fee which is typcially paid directly to the hotel, so you're more likely looking at $197 vs. $230 per nite on an apples-to-apples comparison.
