pinguina Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 4* Strip North Amenities: Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Restaurant Fitness Center Free Parking Free Internet Guest ratings: 7 or higher, which makes me believe it's not the SLS, but wanted to make sure... Resort fee: $25/night
AaronJB Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 This listing hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board, but the amenities match the Treasure Island, Mirage and SLS. I'm seeing a 2/10 guest review rating from 1 guest for the SLS, so I'd lean towards it being a new amenity set for the TI or Mirage. Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 It's possible that Price.line is using the old reviews from the Sahara (the hotel the SLS replaced) so i wouldn't rule it out 100%, although i think you would have a good argument should you purchase this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer and have it be the SLS ('complaining' to PRICELINE that you bought this hotel 'knowing' that the SLS didn't qualify based upon the user review rating from their website... but not sure how such a case would be handled by them). It's also not clear (to me) if Caesars Place falls within the Strip North zone or not, so i would add this to the possibilities. With all of the above noted, Treasure Island or Caesars would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Romelle Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 It's also not clear (to me) if Caesars Place falls within the Strip North zone or not, so i would add this to the possibilities. It looks like the address falls in Strip North, but the building sprawls both there and on south into the South Strip area, at least according to a Mapquest map. Maybe that would let them offer it in both zones.... Romelle
pinguina Posted September 7, 2014 Author Report Posted September 7, 2014 That one ended up being sold out, so booked 3.5* for the same price and got Harrahs, listed amenities: Indoor or Outdoor PoolCasinoRestaurantFitness CenterFree ParkingBusiness Center Resort fee: $24.64/day. Guessed it would be Harrahs, since Ballys and Flamingo both fell under South Strip, according to the map. PS: Used the PRICELINE link!! :D
