Hotwire Hotel: 1* Disneyland South help

I have no idea if I am doing this right (first post) but I found a 1* Disneyland South I want to identify.  

 

75% recommend.  Free parking, free internet, free breakfast, pool, laundry, pet friendly.

If so, this listing hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess would be a slightly different amenity set than previously seen with the Days Inn Maingate.

I'm also seeing a 2* hotel in this zone for the same price (your price may differ by a few dollars) so why the interest in the 1* rather than the 2* property?

Feb 2015 is a ways off, and a slower time for Disney. I would hold off and book something in a few months or not until a real deal($50-60 for a 3 star) popped up
