JSKoehler Posted December 5, 2005 Report Posted December 5, 2005 Needed a DT hotel (West End was not practical for this stay). Tried 4* using free rebids up to $65 with no luck. Switched to 3* at $38, added Innsbrook (free) at 45, restarted with DT and South (free) at $52, counter of $67, added Innsbrook at $58 accepted at the Radisson. Probably overbid by a few and would have preferred the Marriott, but can't complain. Hotel Website's best regular rate is $79 ($74 for Government rate would have been available for this stay).
thereuare Posted December 5, 2005 Report Posted December 5, 2005 Thanks for the post. You put "Marriott" in the topic title but i've changed it to the Radisson, if this is not correct please let us know.I took a look at online rates for this stay, did you notice that the $79/nite rate is a non-refundable rate... while if you need the flexibility to cancel your reservation within the next 3 days the best availalbe rate is $150/nite! :) Sometimes i wonder what hotels are thinking!Enjoy your stay.
