9/13 - 9/14, 3* in Hell's Kitchen/MSG, amenities shown are free internet, smoke free rooms, self service laundry and kitchenette. Anyone know what hotel this is?

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board, and although there is a 3.5/5.0 TA rating, i'd be cautious given the 50% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests.

Is there something in particular you need for this stay or do you need to be in this specific zone, as i do think there are better values offered based upon the prices i'm seeing. What is your maximum budget for this nite?

Thanks. We don't need to be in any particular location, other than I would prefer not to be down in the financial district. I just need decent (no less than 3*) room for the night, for 2 adults & 1 teenager. I'd like to keep the budget to around $300, which I realize may be a pipe dream. In the past I've gotten good deals on Price.Line, but since we have 3 I'm very hesitant to go that route this time, so I decided to check out HOTWIRE.

I think you have quite a few options within your budget (and i am searching for 2adults/1child). What looks to be:

Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Upper East Side is available for $231/nite

Club Quarters Grand Central for $252/nite

Avalon Hotel(??) for $258/nite (even if not the Avalon this property has a 4.5/5.0 TA rating)

Are any of the above of interest?
