Bid $22 and got it on the first try! Has free internet access(I usually pay $9.99 extra a day) and free parking which adds a total of around $20 in value per day :) . Total cost for 4 nights came to $107.15- best deal yet. I used www.savingsbarn.com :)

Don't think you could ever go wrong for this quality hotel (most Towneplace Suites are fairly new) for $22. Your comments about free parking and free internet is a good example of why many prefer 2.5* rated properties in some areas and are "disappointed" when they are upgraded to 3* (as it brings additional cost).
