The Verdanza Hotel would also be my best guess for this property.

Although more the exception than the rule, we do sometimes see hotels won where the hotel's own website was otherwise showing a sold-out condition. HOWEVER, using our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com i see availability at this property for your dates thru both PRICELINE 'retail' as well as thru Hotels.com (so i'm guessing the hotel is not likely really sold-out)
