Priceline Hotel: Help with bidding 18-27 Sep

Hi,

 

Using priceline for the first time I have some questions:

1. How much should I bid for manhattan (les, lws, chelsea, soho, midtown) for these dates for a 3.5* up? Is 150 reasonable?

2. If I'm interested in 4 zones (abcd) can I bid abcd then ab then b then abc then ad etc. without waiting?

3. Should I bid for the whole 7 nights at once?

4. Should I wait for the week before my stay or bid now?
