travel10
I'm looking for a 2* + hotel with good reviews in Lynnwood for one night, dates flexible between August 24-29. New to the negotiator tool on priceline, would like to get the best deal possible, no more than $50/night. Tips, help? Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! I'm looking for a 2* + hotel with good reviews...When bidding on PRICELINE you need to be willing to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) that you bid. If you're want to have a little more insight as to what you may receive and/or a hotel that has some of the better reviews, then you'll need to use HOTWIRE (where a percent recommended from previous HOTWIRE guests is shown for many hotels and/or a TA review) OR use PRICELINE EXPRESS where some of the hotels show a minimum guest rating on a 1-10 scale. The trade-off is that HOTWIRE and PRICELINE EXPRESS will usually cost a little more than a properly formulate bidding strategy on PRICELINE. I will add that whichever service you use i think $50 or less will be tough for a nite within your date range... using our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com what is the best rate you're able to find for a 2* hotel or better in this zone for any of your dates? Let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
