aznbaybee4u
I am wanting to staying in USE San Francisco from December 19th-23rd. For 4* USE I am getting for about $86-90.Would that be the Grand Hyatt or Westin in USE San Francisco? I am not hearing much good things about the Westin because of the old rooms from hotwire so I really want to get the Grand HyattThank you! Link to comment

thereuare
I was tempted to guess the Grand Hyatt as at least two customer comments mention the "grand hotel", HOWEVER, i also found the following comment:"... great shopping and restaurants nearby and right on the trolley line..."A local can confirm, but from what i have researched the Grand Hyatt is one block from the trolly line, while the Westin St. Francis is directly on the cable line... therefore my best guess is that this is the Westin St. Francis. tonymoco
It is only the Westin which is technically "right on" the cable car line (literally same street, right outside the front door). There are also other hotels in the area that could make that claim, including the Sir Francis Drake, The Crowne Plaze, and the Chancellor. The Grand Hyatt is 3/4 block away from the cable car line, but I could see an eager tourist considering that "right on."
