Was not successful on PRICELINE bidding for a 4* hotel bidding on all central Manhattan areas at $150/night. Looked at the PRICELINE EXPRESS options and checked Better Bidding to identify the possible hotels. We are very happy with the outcome :) . Entered PRICELINE through the BB portal.
