First post! Thanks in advance.

Found a 3 1/2 star in Newport - Middletown - Jamestown area. Trying to identify exact location. Ok with different brands, but I want to be within a short walk of downtown because I will not have a car. "oceanfront" make me think this is not downtown, unless they are calling the harbor oceanfront.

Gets a 4 out of 5 on trip advisor.

There is also a resort fee of $35/ day. maybe that helps narrow it down? Looks like Hyatt regency newport charges that 35 fee.

Just booked hyatt regency hotel...

Listed at 206, + 35 resort fee.  Check it out, about 120 less than booking direct.
