Mschnurr Posted November 30, 2005 Author Report Posted November 30, 2005 I booked the Sheraton Yankee Trader Jan 22-24/06 thru your portal at Valueclick Travel and wondered if I got a better deal on Priceline could I cancel without penalty. That 4* downtown looks very competitive.ThanksFish

Mschnurr Posted December 1, 2005 Author Report Posted December 1, 2005 Bid 4* Downtown FLL for two nites Jan 22-24 at $75....rejected.Changed bid to the first nite only and increased the bid to $80 and was accepted.Bid numerous zones with no 4*'s nor resorts up to $110 but continued to be rejected for my second nite.Still have Sheraton Yankee Trader for second nite; will be cancelling first nite at Yankee Trader. Will try 4* Downtown again when my 72 is up.Thanks for all of your help.Mike
thereuare Posted December 1, 2005 Report Posted December 1, 2005 Congratulations... nice to see you get one nite settled. If you haven't yet tried for the second nite (on its own) you can still do so without waiting 72 hours... when you chane dates it treated as an entirely new bid without any history. Please start a new thread to discuss the balance of your stay.
