Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Center Strip 8/22-8/24 $69

I was hoping to get some help identifying this hotel for the dates listed above. Using the hotwire easy view the amenities are:

We are going back and forth between this property and the 4* south strip that appears to be The Tropicana for $66.  We like the central location/pool if it were to be The Flamingo, but I'm not sure I want to stay at Bally's or Harrahs.  Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
