Seabs
Looking for a 3.5 + star hotel in Boston - Harbour Front or Boston Common areas. October 1 - 5. 3 adults in the room. Would like to spend around 250 or less. Is this realistic? Ideally we'd like a 4 star. Please help. Link to comment
AaronJB
Given that Price.line only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy, is the possibility of getting 1 bed an acceptable risk? Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
thereuare
Searching HOTWIRE for 3adults show a 3.5* hotel in the Boston Common zone for $242/nite with: Indoor Pool Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible ... my best guess for this one would be the Doubletree Hotels Boston Downtown. Does this HOTWIRE offer work for your needs? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Seabs
Thank you. We would definitely want 2 beds. Does Hot.wire guarantee this? Or is it safer to proceed in another way? Link to comment
AaronJB
If you search for more than 3 on HOTWIRE, you should get either 2 beds, 1 + rollaway or 1 + sofabed. HOTWIRE does not guarantee a particular bedding type, but if you indicate more than 2, you should get some form of bedding for the entire party. Would this be sufficient for your needs? Seabs
Sorry for not following up earlier. My wife ended up booking for this trip through Travelocity (she was travelling with her sister and mother), and stayed at the Collonade for ~$350/night. Thanks for your help Link to comment
