Neither listing has been ID'd/reported to the board. A guess for the 3.5* would be a new amenity set for the Pacific Beach Hotel. The 4* may be a new amenity set for the Marriott or Hilton, but that would be a guess and it definitely may be something else.

I agree with the guess of the Pacific Beach, but for the 4* will also add the Waikiki Parc as a possibility for the 4*.
